Not long after it was written off for dead, the condo market is making a comeback.? The downtown Miami condo market continues to rebound , amid strong sales and higher prices, according to a study done for DDA.? If you?re a buyer, it?s a tight market again, if you?re a seller, your prices aren?t back at break-even for you, but you?re not so far under water that you can?t even see the surface.? Good times.
