Hello, beautiful people! This is the OOC thread for NPCs, Missions, and plot ideas from you and the current plot going on. Feel free to reply! This original thread will be edited for the current mission and plot.

NPCs:
Luna - The witch of the Moon. Luna is a black-haired, blue-eyed woman with a lanky body and always wears a silver cloak that only shows the bottom half of her face and the curls that spill out of the hood. She is the most powerful at night. She is the eldest sister of Arachne and Medusa, more powerful than Medusa but less than Arachne.

Ellene - The Winter Witch. She has white hair, styled into a raggedy bob, and dark brown eyes. She wears a short white dress with drooping lace sleeves and a cowl neck. She walks barefoot so she can use water from underground to make ice. Luna is her close witch friend, and is almost as powerful as Medusa.

Zekeine - A Dark Weapon, the son of Luna. He has her black hair, cut short and flipped up, and strangely deep blue eyes. He wears a sleeveless hoodie the color of his mother's cloak and black pants with the silver cuffs.

Aurora - Zekeine's Meister, a former Shibusen student. She has long, braided red hair and cloudy gray eyes. She wears a cloak but usually with the hood down, exposing her eyes that can produce magic, and a strapless black dress.

Helena Alinez - Helena is the East European Death Scythe. She has short purple hair, always in double French braids, and clear blue eyes. She always has on a bloused-out tank top from a high-waisted skirt and knee-high ruffled boots. She comes to Shibusen to be Stein's partner when Spirit is working for Lord Death's special mission.

Xavier Mitsube - Xav is Helena's former partner for the East European Meister Weapon School. He has a buzz cut of blonde hair and the same clear blue eyes of his weapon partner. He comes to Shibusen to be Spirit's meister for Lord's Death special mission.
